Problem: RedRhino’s website didn’t reflect the agency’s full capabilities: the copy was outdated, navigation lacked flow, and the contact experience wasn’t optimized for client intake, making it harder to generate and qualify leads.

Solution: A comprehensive website overhaul with creative direction from the President. Keeping the contours of the iconic London brand, the site was given a UX refresh and some new words to better tell our story. We also implemented a new client discovery form on the Contact page to streamline communication and reduce onboarding friction.

RTB: As a team member embedded within the agency, I brought insight into both internal operations and external positioning — helping shape content that feels as authentic as it is strategic.

This redesign stayed true to RedRhino’s bold, creative DNA while stripping away unnecessary noise. The updated site introduces cleaner layouts, a stronger content hierarchy, and a confident voice that reflects the agency’s personality: creatively driven but commercially focused. The tone of voice was recalibrated to speak directly to business decision-makers while retaining the playful, design-forward spirit that sets RedRhino apart. The new discovery form was designed not just to capture leads, but to initiate meaningful dialogue — bridging the gap between first contact and real opportunity.
